LicenseGuard is subscription software for tracking contractor license, insurance, bond, and continuing education deadlines, renewal preparation status, and reminder emails.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for entering accurate information.
• You are responsible for filing renewals with the relevant agencies.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.

3. Important disclaimer

LicenseGuard is not affiliated with any state agency and does not file renewals on your behalf. The service provides deadline tracking, checklist status, and reminders only.

4. Billing and cancellation

• LicenseGuard is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe.
• Charges, plan limits, and optional extra capacity are shown in-app.
• Tracked record capacity applies to licenses only; supporting records remain unlimited.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal.
